Electrical Power Systems, Inc. provides substation design, construction, coordination and load management services for many industrial and institutional entities. The Tracy substation is a 15MVA facility completely monitored and operated from a remote location. It is typical of an Electrical Power Systems, Inc. substation design. Electrical Power Systems, Inc. provides turnkey services complete from site-plan review, to purchase of equipment, to construction drawings for bid and erection, and coordination with all utilities. 

Electrical design with emphasis on current needs of the Business Center at California  State University Fresno. Modern technologies  were used for energy management, fire alarm, fiber optics, etc. These innovative ideas will lead CSUF into the 21st century.
